Delivery Policies
Cusco Flores will deliver to the address requested by the client all order duly approved by the system. The florist reserves the right not to process an order if the delivery address is outside our delivery area or if there is a stock break that does not allow the order to be fulfilled, if this occurs the client will be notified and will request a product exchange.
Deliveries to Peru:
- Deliveries to Cusco – Perú: Orders should preferably be made 24 hours in advance. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday before 3 p.m. or after 3 p.m., as indicated by the customer. Deliveries for Sundays and Holidays will be delivered before 3 p.m.
Same day deliveries:
- Flowers, flower arrangements: Will be delivered within 4 to 6 hours after receiving the order. Unless prior consultation, with the florist, about the availability of the requested products and the places of delivery. These conditions do not apply to special dates.
- Cakes, baskets with products and other gifts: Consult in advance with the florist, about the availability of the requested products and the places of delivery. These conditions do not apply to special dates.
Special Dates
For these dates we recommend placing your orders with a minimum of 48 hours in advance. There is no delivery schedule, the flower arrangements and / or products will be delivered during the day. We recommend requesting delivery one or two days before the main date, due to the high order congestion produced on these dates. The florist reserves the right not to process orders that arrive the same day, due to the eventual exhaustion of stocks, the client having the option of requesting the exchange of the requested product for a product available at value to be delivered the same day or the day next.
They are considered special dates:
- Valentine’s Day (February 14).
- Mother’s Day (2nd Sunday of May).
- Father’s Day (3rd Sunday in June).
- Christmas (December 23 and 24).
Dates without Home Delivery Service
- January 1st.
- Friday Sainted.

Return Policy
Cusco Flores guarantees the quality of its products. If the product arrives in poor condition, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Cusco Flores will evaluate the conditions of the product and proceed to partially or totally change it within 24 hours of receiving the change request.
Difficulty in Delivering Products

If at the time of reaching the requested delivery address no one is found to receive the products, we will contact the recipient and / or the customer to coordinate the delivery.
Anonymous Submissions

Cusco Flores, does not send flower arrangements without signature or with pseudonyms.
